Culturally: In this unit we are learning and apply some facts from Perú.
Language/social studies/biology: Students learn new vocabulary in Spanish about the importance of the Llamas in Peru, students leaned about some geographic facts about Peru, also they learned how Peruvian people use the Llama hair to create textiles and how they use natural resources to put color on the textiles.
Visual Art: Students will learned and review of the concept of some elements of art as line, shape, complementary colors and patter; and some principal of design as contrast and emphasis to apply on their art work.
This project will help students to create different patter while they will work in their fine motors skills.
